Compost/Sand Top Dressing

​​Top Dressing is the process of spreading a thin layer of compost or sand  over your existing lawn, and is meant to improve the soil condition of your lawn while letting the existing grass grow through the top dressing material and create an optimal environment for new seed to germinate.  The layer is generally 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.

Power Raking

Mechanical power raking to remove heavy thatch layers from the turf which can contribute to disease.  Also good for prepping a lawn for over-seed and breaking up snow mold.  Can be paired with aeration, over-seed, top dressing and/or fertilization. 

​MAINTENANCE

Aeration

​Core aeration helps relieve soil compaction and break down thatch.  Great for getting nutrients into the root zone.  Can be paired with fertilization and over seeding and sand top dressing.  Highly recommended for clay type soils.  

Mowing Services

Services include mowing weekly, trimming and blowing off driveways, walkways and patios.  Residential and commercial mowing available in Kootenai, Ponderay, Sandpoint, Sagle and Dover.

Whether your freshening up an old landscape or brightening up your property for a special event, we can deliver up to 6 yards of bark or mulch in a single trip to help get your job done fast. ​
